The art style re-skins the whole design — both the portrait half and how the typography coordinates with it. The monochrome default is the classic split; the duotones and full colour go photographic, and the charcoal, watercolour, and pop art styles go illustrated.

The compositions
Split, editorial, or letters
Split Face/Text divides the frame straight down the center — the face on one side, stacked typography on the other. Layered Editorial is a full-body magazine-cover scene with large bold letters layered over or behind the subject. Scene in Letters has no face at all — the bold blocky letters spelling your word act as vertical windows to a scene, with silhouetted elements framing them.

Scene-building chips
The editorial composition adds scene chips: how the subject is framed, where they are, what they're doing, and how the letters interact. The letters composition swaps the subject for a scene inside the letterforms with silhouetted framing elements.

Tone treatments
The typography's tone defines the design's feel. The default tonal gray range mimics the photographic half's tonal range for depth — or go solid, inverted, or add a red accent word.

Solid black: solid black lettering
Inverted: white lettering on a solid black block
Red accent: black lettering with a single word highlighted in vibrant red

Tips
Good to know
Text side is mirrored. Pick which half holds the text — the face automatically fills the other half.
Scene in Letters has no face. The Subject section hides in letters mode — just the word (e.g. “SUNSET”), the scene inside the letters, and the silhouetted framing elements.
Three compositions, one builder. The Subject section, art styles, text tones, gazes, moods, and palettes work across split and editorial — only the composition controls differ.
Art style drives the whole look. Monochrome is the classic split; the duotones, full colour, Fashion Editorial, charcoal, watercolour, and pop art styles re-skin everything. Pair the Warm Sepia / Ocean Teal / Pop Bold palettes with their matching styles.
Reference photo is optional. Upload one for the photographic half, or describe the subject with the structured builder.
Credit cost — same as a standard generation.
